According to a royal specialist, King Charles is demonstrating that "blood is thicker than Netflix cheques" by continuing to work toward inviting Prince Harry to his historic coronation in May.
Daniela Elser, a royal analyst for News AU, offered her opinion on rumours that King Charles 'can't conceive' conducting his coronation ceremony without Prince Harry, despite his frequent attacks on the royal family in his book Spare.
"It has been regularly and convincingly reported in recent weeks that the Sussexes remain firmly on the coronation invitation list, showing decisively that blood is stronger than Netflix cash," Elser said.
"The King's argument, according to the Mail: that it would be less 'distracting' to have them at hand and playing nice than back home in Montecito," she said.
This comes amid claims that King Charles and Prince William are at odds over whether or not to invite Prince Harry to the coronation in May; yet, competing reports say that they may be working together to get Harry back to the UK.
