Olivia Colman as Miss Havisham in the forthcoming BBC version of Great Expectations has astonished viewers with her amazing makeover.
In the first teaser for the BBC's forthcoming rendition of Charles Dickens' classic, the Crown actress, 49, appeared unrecognisable with white hair and yellow teeth.
Colman will play Miss Havisham in the upcoming three-part series written by Bafta winner Steven Knight.
"Let me see you... what a wonderful creature we have retrieved from the river," the Lost Daughter actor says to the little orphan Pip (Tom Sweet) in the official teaser.
Colman's outfit also features an extravagant dead flower headdress and veil, as well as silver jewellery and a filthy wedding gown.
Great Expectations, produced by FX Productions in collaboration with the BBC, Scott Free, and Hardy Son & Baker, is the coming-of-age narrative of Pip, an orphan who yearns for a better life.
Ashley Thomas, Johnny Harris, Hayley Squires, Owen McDonnell, Laurie Ogden, Matt Berry, Trystan Gravelle, and Rudi Dharmalingam will also appear in Great Expectations.
