According to an expert, Prince Harry's wife Meghan Markle might fetch an eye-watering number in a Hollywood film, but she would need to put in the effort to earn respect in the business.
By returning to acting, the former Suits actor might fetch $5 million for a Hollywood film.
Meghan just joined with famed Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavour to purportedly become a "Hollywood power player" after being rejected by Spotify.
The Duchess of Sussex is said to have set up shop in a hotel suite near her agency's office, plotting her next steps and achieving success when she and her husband Harry came to America after leaving their royal positions.
Nicole Russin-McFarland, a film score composer and actress who is currently working on a Peter Pan screenplay, spoke with The Mirror US about Meghan's future in Hollywood, revealing the eye-watering figure Meghan could potentially command to star in a movie following her Suits role as Rachel Zane.
"If she jumps right into acting, she's not going to be in that $20 million league with proven movie stars." Could she get between $1 and $2 million? "With her celebrity, it's easy," the expert remarked.
"Could she make $5 million?" she continued. Maybe because it would have to deal with the curiosity issue. Any film with her in it has the potential to attract the most ardent admirers, who detest watching people make fun of her even if she turns out to be wonderful, and who are curious to discover what she is like as a serious actor again."
"If she puts in the work that commands her that respect," Nicole said. Meghan may undoubtedly have an A-list acting career, but only if she doesn't do it the wrong way, as every reality show competitor and celebrity husband has done."
Meghan must "prove people wrong by hitting the books, returning to acting workshops, private acting lessons, writing her own amazing screenplays solo no ghost writers, doing her own production elements say maybe having a vast knowledge of some area," according to the expert.
