Prince William and Kate Middleton have added their own spin to the yearly ritual established by the late Queen Elizabeth II.
The Prince and Princess of Wales will attend the long-standing royal custom of their meeting at Balmoral in Scotland, but they will not remain in the castle with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
The Waleses, according to the Mirror, have their own residence on site, a cottage known as Tam-Na-Ghar, which was given to Prince William by his late great grandmother, the Queen Mother, before she died in 2002.
The cottage has three bedrooms, and William and Kate have worked hard to make the residence on the 50,000-acre Balmoral estate, which includes 150 structures, as secluded as possible.
The Balmoral gathering was created by the late Queen, who considered her Scottish home to be her'most joyful place.'
The Royal Family meets to the Scottish Castle to spend time together hunting, horseback riding, and fishing on the vast estate. However, the Queen's absence would be noticed by her children this time, as they would convene for the first time since her death.
Apart from Prince William and Kate Middleton, royal analyst Robert Jobson noted in Express.co.uk that Anne, Princess Royal, and Zara Tindall are most likely to be invited. There is also a chance that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson may attend.
Despite being offered a "open invitation" to attend family events, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle "will not be expected" to attend the yearly ritual due to their continuing spat.
