Jennifer Lopez is struggling to accept that her romance with Ben Affleck has ended for the second time, according to a new story.
Insiders close to the famous pair told Page Six that Lopez, 55, is "humiliated" and "furious," especially because Affleck, 51, "was the one who initiated getting back together."
For those who are unaware, the Oscar-winning actress and the Jenny from the Block hitmaker married in 2022 after rekindling their passion.
The couple, affectionately known as Bennifer, dated from 2002 to 2004 and even became engaged.
"He's embarrassed her since she made a big fuss that he's the love of her life," the insider said, adding, "They only had two weddings two years ago. This is some type of record; they're not young kids."
In addition to the sadness, Lopez is greatly touched by the impact on their mixed family, which includes children from prior marriages.
"There are five children engaged in this. She realized they'd be blending families. "She has not fully accepted that it is over," the insider said.
