On August 1, the Stranger Things actor shared a shot of her hubby strolling with some goats on a farm on Instagram Story.
Jack, the son of artist Jon Bon Jovi, was photographed walking over the grass while wearing a backward baseball cap and a black T-shirt.
She said in the caption, "Your my home in every lifetime."
Enola Holmes has already declared her affection for Jake on social media.
Last month, the couple were pictured at a wedding with the statement, "My forever wedding date."
Jake's musician father, Jon, announced the couple's marriage during an interview on BBC's The One Show in May.
"They're great," claimed the 62-year-old.
Jon said, "They're absolutely fantastic." It was a modest family wedding, and the bride looked stunning. Jake is overjoyed. It is true.
