Princess Eugenie has made a shocking choice that will have a big influence on her family's life, taking royal admirers by surprise.
Eugenie, the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, and her husband are apparently considering a permanent return to the United Kingdom.
Currently, the 34-year-old and Jack Brooksbank spend the most of their time in Portugal, where Brooksbank is creating a beach resort with Meldman's Discovery Land Company.
Despite this, the 38-year-old continues to co-own AEB Consultants, a profitable wine firm with his mother, Nicola, which had £616,610 in its account at the end of the previous fiscal year on March 31.
According to a Daily Express insider, Eugenie is determined about returning to the UK permanently and using the property in Portugal as a holiday home.
"They are all very close to their families and enjoy spending a lot of quality time with their children. Jack's success has allowed them to fly back and forth between two nations while providing the boys with a loving and close-knit family.
"Jack's firm doing so well makes it simpler for them to return to England on a permanent basis.
"They [the family] are currently spending a lot of time in Portugal and as the boys get a bit older, they are looking for kindergartens near to their London home and eventually schools in the UK."
The insider feels Eugenie and her family's true home is in the United Kingdom, adding, "They are British through and through." There is no way they would leave the UK permanently.
Princess Eugenie and her cousin, Prince Harry, were reportedly on excellent terms despite his departure from the Royal Family, and she even paid him and Meghan a visit at their Montecito home.
However, Eugenie and her older sister have proved their loyalty to the Firm in recent years, and a source believes they are not as close to the Sussexes as previously imagined.
