A former royal assistant revealed Princess Kate's shocked response to Prince William's new beard.
Despite her daughter Princess Charlotte's disapproval, the Princess of Wales endorsed her husband's choice.
While sharing uncommon details about his stay at the Palace with the Prince and Princess, Jason Knauf shared the future Queen's thoughts on William's new appearance.
During a special segment of 60 Minutes Australia, he stated, "I adore it. I believe it's fantastic. But I've talked to him about it, or attempted to speak about it. He says, 'It's here. I have a beard. "No further discussion."
Speaking on Princess Kate's reaction to William's freshly grown facial hair, Jason said, "If she didn't like it, it wouldn't be there. "I could tell you that."
It is worth noting that the Prince of Wales debuted his beard in November 2024, which surprised many royal enthusiasts.
However, on his royal tour to South Africa, William said that his only daughter Princess Charlotte was in "tears" after meeting her father.
"Well, Charlotte disliked it the first time. I experienced torrents of tears the first time I grew a beard, so I had to cut it off. "And then I grew it back," the Prince remembered.
