Jennifer Lopez claimed that she saw a cosmetic surgeon after sustaining face injuries that required stitches.
On May 11, the singer and actress revealed on Instagram that she received a hit to the face while preparing for the upcoming American Music Awards.
J.Lo shared a series of photos on a photo-sharing app, including one of her putting an ice pack up to her eye and another of a terrible cut on the bridge of her nose.
"So, this happened during the AMA rehearsals," she stated in an email.
In a third Story, the Atlas actress described her rehabilitation while posing with cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond.

"Thank you for sewing me up, Dr. Diamond. Ben Affleck's ex wrote, "A week later and a whole lotta ice, I'm good as new."
Jennifer is now preparing to host the 2025 American Music Awards for the second time, on May 26.
She first hosted the awards presentation in 2015.
