Fires in Los Angeles destroyed numerous homes, including Jhené Aiko's. As she returned to it, the singer documented the aftermath of the fires on the internet.
In an Instagram post, the Sativa singer released a series of photographs depicting the damage.
"finally saw it for myself...3 months later." The next slide read, "sometimes a sigh is not enough...you gotta scream '-------------!!!' at the top of your lungs," she wrote.
After showcasing the devastation, Jhené offered words of comfort to those affected by the flames.
"Idk who needs to hear this, but you absolutely MUST cry about it...as often as the feeling comes," wrote the actress, 37.
Jhené first reported that her home had been damaged by flames in a social media post on January 9.
"burned to the ground, with all of our belongings inside. Lord, have compassion. Thank goodness we still have each other, beginning from zero. "My heart is heavy," she wrote at the time.
The flames are recognized as the second-deadliest in California history, with 30 deaths.
