Kate Middleton has recently shared an official statement for Mental Health Awareness Week.
"Over the past year, nature has been my sanctuary," the Princess of Wales was heard saying as a camera shot captured her tending to a dense bush of flowers, alluding to her difficult year with cancer.
The photo was accompanied with a message to the fans of Kate's official Instagram account and her husband, the Prince of Wales, William.
"This year's Mental Health Awareness Week, we are celebrating humanity's longstanding connection to nature, and its capacity to inspire us and help us to heal and grow in mind, body and spirit."
The following was added: "As we confront the challenges of an increasingly complex and digital world, the importance of the connection between humanity and nature takes on even more significance."
"The Mother Nature series serves as both a reminder and meditation on the beauty and complexities of the human experience. It is a monument to the lessons we may learn from nature, which can help us encourage our personal growth while also strengthening our relationships with the environment around us and with one another. C" the message finished, signing off with a "C" to indicate a personal remark from Kate, whose real name is Catherine.
