Meghan Markle and Brooklyn Beckham's wife, Nicola Peltz, have connected over their shared experience of being the daughter-in-law who does not fit in.
The duo became close after Meghan, 43, and Prince Harry, 40, welcomed Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, to their Montecito home for a dinner party.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to sympathize with the young couple who have apparently fallen out with the Beckhams. The pair is supporting Brooklyn and Nicola since they had been through a similar situation.
A person familiar with the matter added: "Nicola and Meghan also had a bit of a 'deep n' meaningful' as obviously both women have been positioned in the media as home-wreckers — the women to tear apart their husbands' families."
"Meghan had a lot of sympathy for her, and said there was shared common ground," they told me.
Regarding Harry and Meghan's reaction to the issue, the mole stated, "Harry and Meghan were quite sensitive and very nice to them both (Brooklyn and Nicola). Harry was well aware of the circumstances and offered Brooklyn his unshakable support as someone who had gone through something similar.
Rumors of a big rift among the Beckham clan first surfaced when Brooklyn and Nicola were absent from David Beckham's multiple 50th birthday celebrations in London, Paris, and other cities.
