Spare, Prince Harry's explosive book, details his argument with Prince William.
In his shocking accusation, King Charles' younger son described being "knocked" to the ground by his older brother, the Prince of Wales, after an alleged dispute at Nottingham Cottage in 2019.
Harry remembered being left with bruises and wounds after William grabbed him by the collar, ripped his shirt, and broke his jewelry before slamming him into a dog bowl.
Furthermore, the Duke of Sussex said that the 42-year-old had requested him not to inform his wife, Meghan Markle, about the event.
Even though Harry wished to honor his estranged brother's wishes. He felt the desire to talk to someone and ultimately sought out to his therapist.
"I apologized for the intrusion and told her that I didn't know who else to contact. I told her I had a fight with Willy, and he had knocked me to the ground. "I looked down and told her my shirt was ripped and my necklace was broken," he wrote in his memoir.
He said, "We'd had a million physical battles throughout our lives, I told her. As boys, we had done nothing except fight. "But this felt different."
Harry then said that the therapist urged him to take deep breaths and retell the occurrence several times until it appeared to be a "bad dream," which helped him feel calmer, and that he told his therapist that he was "proud of myself" for not hitting William back.
