The Norwegian royal family's Constitution Day celebrations are in full swing, and they have posted photos of its members participating.

The Crown Prince family's social media pages uploaded a video of them greeting the children's train in Asker near Skaugum this morning as part of the celebrations.

May 17 is Constitution Day, a national holiday commemorating the signing of the Norwegian Constitution in 1814.

The royal family takes part in traditional activities, such as greeting the children's procession from the balcony of the Royal Palace in Oslo.

Photos of Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, Princess Ingrid Alexandra, and Prince Sverre Magnus were uploaded on Instagram when they gathered outside their castle to watch the children's march.
