The Geekbench benchmarking website just identified the iQOO Neo 11, which is scheduled to ship in China on October 30, with an octa core Qualcomm ARMv8 processor—possibly the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has recently disclosed that the Snapdragon Elite CPU from the previous year would power the iQOO Neo 11. Additionally, the firm said that the next phone would include UFS 4.1 internal storage and LPDDR5x Ultra RAM.

The Vivo sub-brand has revealed that Qualcomm's octa core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor from the previous year would power the forthcoming iQOO Neo 11. For long-term performance, the smartphone will also have an 8K vapour chambercooling system. The processor will be combined with UFS 4.1 internal storage and LPDDR5x Ultra RAM, which is said to provide a peak throughput of 9,600Mbps.According to the manufacturer, the phone received a total AnTuTu score of 3.54 million. The Geekbench testing website has reported seeing the iQOO Neo 11 running Android 16 with 16GB of RAM. The phone may have two performance cores with a clock speed of 4.32GHz and six efficiency cores with a frequency speed of 3.53GHz. The phone received 8,818 points in the multi-core test and 2,936 points in the single-core test.
It has been reported that the next Neo series phone from iQOO would use the same "Monster super-core engine" (which is translated from Chinese) as the previously released iQOO 15. A BOE LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution, a maximum adaptive refresh rate of 144 Hz, 510 ppi pixel density, and 2,592 Hz PWM dimming will be included on the iQOO Neo 11. Additionally, the screen will enable a touch reaction time of 25.4 ms and a touch sampling rate of 3,200 Hz. Additionally, it will include a 7,500mAh battery.
The dual rear camera iQOO Neo 11 has been teased by the Chinese smartphone manufacturer in silver and black. A 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an ultrawide camera, and a depth camera are reportedly included in the phone. It is also said to come with support for 100W wired fast charging.
