Balmoral Castle, late Queen Elizabeth's favourite royal retreat, is due to reopen to the public for the first time since the monarch died there on September 8, 2022.
The Balmoral Castle and Estate in Scotland, according to The Daily Mail, is set to open to royal admirers in April of this year, with tickets already on sale.
Balmoral, the Royal Family's iconic Scottish estate, has long been treasured as one of late Queen Elizabeth's favourite places in her country; she spent her summers in the Scottish highlands and even opted to retire there in her final days.
The remote castle grounds in Crathie, Aberdeenshire, will reopen on April 1, with tickets enabling entry to the royal ballroom, the castle gardens, and exhibitions.
Princess Eugenie, the late monarch's granddaughter, hailed Balmoral as the most "lovely location on Earth" in the 2016 documentary Our Queen At Ninety.
"I believe Granny is most content there. "I believe she really, truly enjoys the Highlands," Eugenie said at the time.
