T.J. Holmes went shopping to surprise Amy Robach, a coworker turned girlfriend, on her 50th birthday.
According to the Daily Mail, the jobless anchor was seen looking at gold rings and chains at David Yurman and Tiffany & Co.
According to the story, the former GMA3 personality was hoping to purchase an 18-karat gold Unity Cable ring and a gold Tiffany chain from Yurman.
"T.J. and Amy are more in love than ever," a source close to the couple said.
The duo's acquaintance also said that they are under a lot of stress as a result of their removal from the programme and their approaching divorces.
'It's kind of proof of how loyal they are to each other that once their secret love affair was uncovered, they were suspended from GMA3 and then waited for painful weeks while ABC left them in limbo regarding their future,' they added.
