Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be called to testify in the defamation action brought by the Duchess' sister Samantha Markle.
Following her accusations that the Suits star made a "false and nasty comment," the Duchess of Sussex's sister requested the couple take the stand on Friday.
According to The Mirror, Samantha wants her half-sister to admit to inventing false claims about their connection in order to promote a "rags-to-royalty" tale.
She also demands that the actress retract her remarks on the royal family.
Meanwhile, Samantha also lashed out at the couple's Netflix docuseries as a "$100 million false news PR machine' and said the Queen "would be rolling over in her grave".
"Wow, it's just been a succession of falsehoods," she remarked, adding, "I can't believe we're effectively looking at a $100 million fake news PR machine."
