Prince Harry and his bride Meghan Markle will not accompany the royal family to their Scottish estate in mid-August.
According to express.co.uk, Prince Andrew and his wife Sarah Ferguson will join King Charles and Queen Camilla at Balmoral Castle, a magnificent estate residence in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
According to royal writer Richard Palmer, Prince Harry and his wife are unlikely to be welcomed to the castle, which the Duke last visited following the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.
Following the death of the Queen, Harry was not permitted by his father to accompany his wife to Balmoral.
The Duke of Sussex also discussed his talk with his father about not bringing Meghan earlier this year in his tell-all book Spare.
"This year is going to be interesting because we have certainly been led to believe that the King wants to get his family together at Balmoral," Richard Palmer said on Thursday's Express Royal Round Up.
When asked if Harry and Meghan will attend, he answered, "I'll be surprised if they do."
According to express.co.uk, the Royal Family often spent their time on the grounds of the estate, which has been held by the royals since 1852, engaging in group activities such as fishing and shooting.
