Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle may disagree on many issues, but it appears that the Princess of Wales may have encouraged Meghan to repeat a gesture she previously made.
Judi James, an author and body language specialist, told The Mirror that Meghan mimicked Kate's move after her wedding.
Meghan used to wear a'small body barrier' in a'strategic' approach to avoid drawing attention to her stomach area, according to James. Meghan chose this action to deflect any eagle eyes focused at her, according to James, because married people are frequently asked when they will have a kid.
"One annoying and embarrassing trait once you marry is that everyone starts asking when you're going to have a baby, and attention does start to focus on the tummy area," James observed.
"As she descends the stairs in her heeled court shoes, she holds Harry's arm for balance, her head shaded by her large, angled hat." Kate Middleton favoured the clutch bag, which she wore as a little body barrier just below her waist."
According to James, Meghan's 'Audrey Hepburn-chic attire' radiated a 'air of grown-up grace and beauty.'
Aside from this gesture, the two royal ladies appear to have a preferred designer.
Meghan and Kate have returned to the same French designer, Roland Mouret, for their big event throughout the years.
Mouret has created ensembles for both red carpet events and royal tours. Mouret's timeless and beautiful gowns have suited both Kate and Meghan.
