According to a pal, Meghan Markle lives by an essential mantra.
The Duchess of Sussex, who turns 42 this week, wants to enjoy her life to the utmost with her family.
Meghan's undergraduate closest friend, Lindsay Roth, discloses Meghan declares, "I choose happiness."
Meghan's other life philosophy is: "Of this be certain: You do not find the happy life... you make it."
This comes after Meghan publicly complimented F Scott Fitzgerald's remark, "Be bold. It's worth its weight in gold to live the life you want." "It's never too late or too early to be whoever you want to be," she continued.
