Victoria and David Beckham have been chastised for beginning road development at their Cotswolds house without first seeking permission.
According to The Sun, the power couple sought for permission to develop a new access road on their £12 million mansion last month.
Instead of waiting for clearance, they have already started construction on the road, while also building on their new glasshouse, for which they already have authorization.
A neighbour, James Worthington, has criticised the proposals, calling them "pointless." He produced proof that new fence posts were installed beside the existing farm track.
A massive spruce pine tree has already been destroyed, with roots still in the ground, according to Worthington.
"A membrane has already been laid, and posts with barbed wire instead of rails have been installed in the ground on both sides of this already laid track," he continued.
Worthington emphasised that the track in question was not present a year ago, indicating that the building was recent.
Residents in the area are concerned and dissatisfied with the situation.
