Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have received negative headlines, particularly following the breakdown of the Spotify agreement in June.
Furthermore, their popularity suffered a big damage as a result of the drama surrounding their 'vehicle crash' episode, and things gradually began to fall apart from there.
With talk about their possible divorce reaching fever pitch, the pair replied to all the accusations with a not-so-subtle gesture.
Daniela Elser, a royal pundit, believes the Sussexes have selected the ideal moment to make their return.
The Sussexes were among the 26 beneficiaries of the inaugural Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund in a collaborative film broadcast on their Archewell website on Wednesday.
Elser stated in her essay for News.com.au that the timing of Meghan and Harry's intentions to redeem themselves is critical.
"Curious indeed that Harry and Meghan's play to jump-start their brand happened right at the very moment the entire royal family has taken themselves off the board, so to speak, as they head off on their annual, lengthy summer holiday," Elser said.
The royal family will meet at Balmoral at the end of the summer, following in the footsteps of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
"For the next month to six weeks, the most you'll see of Team Crown will be if some long-lens-toting and very hardy sort decides to scale a particularly tall oak tree to try and get a shot of the King and his family rusticating with a vengeance," Elser added.
"That gives Harry and Meghan a clear run to reclaim the spotlight, secure in the knowledge that no HRHs will appear and steal their thunder or their next People cover."
