Ben Affleck is having a tough summer due to marital issues with Jennifer Lopez, but he is focusing his energies on work.
The actor and J-Lo have been noticeably missing from one other's public lives for months, with reports indicating that they had prepared divorce papers to be filed in the near future.
As suspicion grows that Lopez feels "humiliated" as a result of their relationship's demise, Affleck has been observed regularly leaving his office to focus on work.
According to sources close to the actor, he has been "working nonstop" and focused on spending quality time with his family to cope with his hectic schedule.
"It has not been an easy summer for him, either. He's simply trying to stay focused and make every day as enjoyable as possible," a source told People.
Despite his personal difficulties, Affleck is working to keep his life on track, finding comfort and strength in his profession and familial connections.
According to reports, the actor is "doing well" despite his recent marital problems with Jennifer Lopez, and he finds consolation in being busy.
"He thrives when he's busy, and he has been working nonstop," an insider revealed.
Affleck is also spending quality time with his three children, Violet, Fin, and Samuel, who are presently on summer break.
