According to royal writer Angela Levin, Princess Kate is planning a "huge move" that would show her ease inside the Royal Family.
In an interview with Nana Akua on GB News, Levin emphasized that Kate's choice to visit Balmoral this month is significant.
The 42-year-old is anticipated to go to the Scottish Highlands with her husband, Prince William, their three children (Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six), and other family members for their annual summer vacation.
"She is going to Scotland to be with the family" , her reply being:
"This is a massive shift. Not only is she plainly not healthy yet, but it also reveals that she is quite comfortable with the Royal Family.
"She is very pleased with the King and Queen, and she knows they will understand if she needs to rest."
"She may say whatever she wants and be warmed. I believe it's amazing that she can do that.
"The children will be delighted also."
Kate's public appearances have been limited this year after her cancer diagnosis was publicized in March. Her planned journey to Balmoral will be the farthest she's traveled since her illness.
However, she is unlikely to make any further public appearances in the foreseeable future. Although the Paris Olympics were viewed as a potential chance for her to appear in public, it now appears increasingly improbable as the games come to an end.
The future Queen, who attended the London 2012 Olympics with William and has a strong interest in sports, is apparently awaiting medical advice before committing to any additional public appearances.
According to a source who spoke with The Daily Beast, the Princess of Wales has been quite upfront and honest about her health.
"Making two performances before the summer break, at Wimbledon and Trooping the Colour, was a strong indication that she is doing well.
"That is what we are hearing privately as well—it's not over but there is lots of optimism, lots of positivity."
Their conversation went on: "It is obviously still an incredibly worrying time but all the signs are that her cancer treatment, which is ongoing, is progressing well."
