Jamie Lee Curtis was officially recognized as a Disney Legend on Sunday at the D23 Expo.
Lindsay Lohan presented the award, taking the stage to deliver a collection of Curtis' most memorable parts, saying to the audience, "I've had the pleasure of working with Jamie Lee Curtis.
"Every character she plays is different, and she always brings something unique to the role," Lohan said. She continued: "I feel so blessed to have Jamie as a friend in my life, and I feel lucky to work with a woman that I admire so much."
Following Lohan, Jodie Foster entered the stage and stunned the crowd by remarking, "There are many things that my bestie Jamie and I have in common," recalling how they were raised as young women in Hollywood.
"She is so thoughtful and so generous, such a supportive and kind cheerleader, that it just makes me want to punch her," Foster said with a joke.
"Is that wrong?" Foster inquired, presenting an emotional Curtis with her own set of Mickey Mouse ears.
"The reality is, legends are not created. "They're created when they're nurtured, taught, and educated," Curtis explained.
