Prince Harry beams with excitement as he reunites with the royal couple who have joined him in Vancouver to promote the Invictus Games.
The Duke of Sussex, who may not have any relatives at the Games, had Prince Joachim of Denmark and his wife Princess Marie cheering on the contestants.
They came on Friday and met with the Danish rowing and volleyball teams at the athletic event before having supper together. They went to the volleyball game the next day, where they finally met Harry.
Harry and the royal couple were spotted conversing while watching the match together.
King Charles' youngest son last met the royals in 2017, when they went to a military training center in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Even though Prince Harry founded the Games in 2014, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton helped to lay the groundwork. King Charles was also involved in the process, which was funded by the Royal Foundation.
Despite their early donations, no British royals attended any of the ongoing festivities, and Harry did not receive a public word of support.
It remains to be seen if things will change for the next games, which will be hosted in Birmingham.
