Ben Affleck appeared "exhausted" as he went out in Los Angeles on Sunday, amid allegations that he and his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez were fighting over the sale of their $68 million official marital house.
The actor and filmmaker, who ended his divorce from Lopez in February, wore a beige coat over a gray vest, blue pants, and black shoes.
This appearance comes as allegations surfaced that Affleck and Lopez are at odds over the selling of the Beverly Hills property where they previously lived.
According to sources, Ben wants to cut the property's price to sell it as quickly as possible, but JLo believes "they can get more money for the home, so she wants to keep the price as is."
"Ben just wants to get rid of it because their divorce is over and he wants to cut all ties and have it be done," according to a source at Us Weekly.
The confidant further said that the Justice League actor is willing to "reduce the price" in order to move it swiftly.
