Billie Eilish thought on her favorite hair color and how it related to her professional breakthrough.
In an interview with Vogue magazine, the What Was I Made For singer addressed questions from a variety of celebrities about her work, life, and style.
Colman Domingo, an American actor and playwright, invited the Birds of a Feather hitmaker to reveal her favorite hair color.
The Lovely singer, who is known for changing her hair color during her career, stated that she preferred two colors: "the green roots and the red root."
"Green and black especially felt like such a personal and career-defining look for me," she says. "I felt so exactly who I was at that time."
The nine-time Grammy winner stated, "It felt really nice to have something that felt like mine."
She went on to say that she has "loved" the color green "for so long," describing it as a "intense" and "magical period of her life."
Eilish debuted in 2015 with delicate white hair color, followed by a stunning azure hue that softened into softer teal.
In subsequent years, Eilish has been seen in black, classic green and black, blonde, red and black, and currently dark brown hair.
