A Minecraft Movie has been shattering records since its premiere.
Earlier today, actor Jack Black announced that the new fantasy picture has enabled him to attain a significant milestone.
According to him, one of the soundtracks for the Jason Momoa film has topped the UK charts.
Steve's Lava Chicken, a 34-second tune performed by Black, has become the shortest-ever UK Top 40 single. It is at number 21 on the overall list.
Aside from that, the soundtrack is the 55-year-old musician's highest-charting song in the United Kingdom.
In a video message, the School of Rock star expressed his excitement over this significant achievement, saying, "OK, I just heard that 'Steve's Lava Chicken' has cracked the UK Top 40." I want to thank all of the Minecraft lovers for bringing us up there; it's incredible! "I love you!"
He also sang a few lines from his chart-topping music in the Instagram video.
A Minecraft Movie is directed by Jared Hess and stars Momoa, Black, and Jennifer Coolidge.
The adventure action is based on the Sega video game.
