Prince William and Kate Middleton will not allow Prince Andrew to return to public life.
The Prince and Princess of Wales do not want their defamed uncle, Prince Andrew, to return to royal responsibilities.
According to royal specialist Brontë Coy, the King, Prince William, and other senior royals are unlikely to agree that he should return to public duties.
"I believe the situation has been resolved.
"But surely it has been agreed even with the royal family and I would imagine even with Prince Andrew at this point that he is retired from royal duties but he will just continue to take part in family events."
The royal expert said, "I mean, nobody wants him. But, of course, he is permitted to attend family occasions.
"Of course he should attend church. In fact, I believe he would face criticism if he did not.
