The camera specifications for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge have appeared online, along with information on the device's manufacturing materials. The device was first introduced during the company's Galaxy Unpacked event in January, with the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. The design of the forthcoming Galaxy S25 Edge was unveiled in March during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. The projected smartphone is likely to feature the slimmest body among the current Galaxy S25 range products.

According to Evan Blass (@evleaks), the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge may include titanium bezels and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 display protection. The new material is yet to be released. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protects the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ devices, while Gorilla Glass Armor protects the Galaxy S25 Ultra variant.
According to a new rumor, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will likely include a 200-megapixel primary rear camera sensor, as well as AI-powered productivity and image functions. The device is expected to be 5.8mm thin and weigh as little as 163g.
According to the leak, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge would be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The phone will come with One UI 7, which is based on Android 15. It is planned to be available in 256GB and 512GB storage capacities.
