Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are going through a difficult time, with the Duchess struggling to become a celebrity and the Duke attempting to win sympathy with his royal-like actions amidst a fight with his own people.
The Duchess of Sussex faced additional hurdles since she 'hasn't achieved the prominence she desires,' according to a royal author and historian in his new book.
Tom Bower, a British writer and former BBC journalist, claims that his upcoming book will reveal the truth about the couple's life and ties with the royal family.
He went on to say that the Sussexes are in 'a crisis' because Meghan wants to be a 'billionaire star' and Harry has no grasp of the world of fame.
The expert thinks Harry does not understand Meghan's point of view, citing the fact that the Duke has never had to worry about finding work or driving a vehicle.
'He doesn't get where she's coming from, which is that she worked really hard, suffered hard, and was continuously humiliated, and she wants the stability of money and position,' Bower told The Mirror.
'She lacks the prominence and attraction she seeks. He is stranded in California, clinging to his royal status, as is she.
He also stated that Harry's expectations of reconciling with his family are "totally unrealistic," adding, "There is zero chance of reconciliation because William and Kate are irreconcilably angry."
The royal author further claimed that, despite being "wounded," the duo continues to fight back, their passion for survival becoming stronger.
