A British celebrity chef slammed Meghan Markle's Netflix program, prompting a legal letter from the streaming giant.
Chef Jameson Stocks criticized Meghan's program, With Love, Meghan, stating that the Duchess of Sussex "can't cook" and calling it "forced and fake" and "painful to watch".
Stocks told Richard Eden of the Daily Mail, "I got a lawyer's letter from Netflix after I spoke out against her, warning me."
"I completely p***** them off. Netflix did not like it and came after me," he said, calling the letter "crap."
He went on to claim that he told Meghan to "steer clear" of the kitchen and "go back to acting," stating that she is "quite a good actress" and that he believes "people should stick to what they do best."
Doubling down on his viewpoint, he asked, "How can she get all this money from Netflix?" I don't think she can cook, and I don't think she should teach others how to cook."
"What should I cook for her?" "I'd cook something she did on her TV show, but properly," he shot.
He also attacked Meghan Markle's raspberry preserves from her business As Ever, claiming, "Her jam sold out in minutes. I believe they only had approximately five of each product.
