The Moto G56 is likely to make its appearance shortly as the successor to last year's Moto G55 model. While the company has yet to confirm plans for a new G series smartphone, a fresh leak reveals what the Moto G56 may look like. The leaked renderings indicate a design that is extremely similar to its predecessor. The next phone is believed to be available in four colors, three of which have already been disclosed in the latest leak. The Moto G56 is said to include a 6.72-inch display and a 5,200mAh battery. It might be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7060 processor.
Moto G56 Design (expected)
The Dutch website Nieuwemobiel published photographs of the alleged Moto G56. The handset is shown in black, blue, and green, and will apparently be sold as Pantone Black Oyster, Pantone Dazzling Blue, and Pantone Dill. It is supposed to come in a fourth Pantone Gray Mist color as well.
The claimed renderings depict the Moto G56 from all sides and feature a display with a hole-punch cutout. It sports much thicker display bezels at the bottom, comparable to the Moto G55. It is seen with a twin camera configuration in the rear. At first sight, the back camera module seems remarkably similar to Motorola's Edge series smartphones.
Moto G56 Specifications (expected)
The Moto G56's supposed specs were leaked earlier this month, along with a design render. The device is said to have a 6.72-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400) LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i covering. The new device might be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7060 SoC, which has 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
The Moto G56's dual back camera setup is reported to have a 50-megapixel primary camera with Sony's LYT-600 sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. It is reported to include a 32-megapixel selfie camera. It may be dust and water resistant, with IP68 and IP69 certifications. It might have a 5,200mAh battery that supports 33W wired charging.
The Moto G56 is likely to cost EUR 250 (approximately Rs. 23,700) in the 8GB+256GB model.
