It is commonly known that Meghan Markle enjoys cooking. But being the wife of a royal prince, her schedule is constantly hectic.
So there isn't much time left to prepare fresh food every day, she explained. To solve this, she explained what she did.
She discussed her culinary habits on her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, when her host, Heather Hasson, CEO of healthcare apparel firm FIGS, admitted she is a "terrible cook."
"I think what you've developed is very great. I'm a lousy chef; I can't make anything, but I'll get you lemonade or something, and you can teach me something," she explained.
In response, the Suits actress acknowledged that she is too busy to cook every day, so she ordered takeout and made it healthy by including veggies from her garden.
"I see vegetables, and I see takeout - because I don't have time to cook every day - and I go, how do I still make this flattering, beautiful, and present well and something people find appetizing?"
Meghan's presentation follows her celebration of Mother's Day with her family in the United States.
