Meghan Markle is prepared to speak out publicly about Prince Harry's family issues.
Following Harry's bombshell BBC interview, Meghan is planning her own tell-all interview to explain 'her side of the story'.
According to Closer Magazine, the Duchess of Sussex feels "it's time to get fully involved with her husband's family drama on a public level."
Meghan believes Harry is being represented "unfairly" following his interview, and she "wants to do her own tell-all to back up his claims about their lack of security."
"Meghan believes the public does not fully understand, and she wants to provide examples of occasions when her safety has been jeopardized. "She is willing to discuss some of the darker aspects of their lives," the person said.
They also stated that the Duchess of Sussex intends to "speak out in detail about the 'cold war' she and Harry have endured; just because the royals have remained silent does not necessarily mean they haven't contributed to this bitter family rift."
"Up until now, she has felt it best to try to keep positive, but after seeing Harry wear his heart on his sleeve, she feels she should be more aligned with her husband."
Notably, Meghan Markle's good ties with Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King will allow her to simply use their platforms to "stand up for" Prince Harry.
