Oasis has now revealed that they have "no plans" to release new songs during their forthcoming Oasis Live '25 tour.
For the first time in over two decades, the musical titans will take the stage on July 4 to begin off their reunion tour.
However, the band's co-manager, Alec McKinlay, underlined that this does not mark the start of a new period or musical return.
In an interview with Music Week, he claimed, "This is very much the last time around, as Noel's made clear in the press."
"It's an opportunity for fans who haven't seen the band before to do so, or at least some of them will. But unfortunately, there are no plans for new songs," the Ignition and Big Brother Recordings head stated.
According to recorded figures, almost 10 million fans from 158 countries attempted to purchase tickets to the Oasis Live '25 performance, and the Gallagher brothers, Noel and Liam, were "blown away" by the turnout.
"Probably the biggest and most pleasing surprise of the reunion announcement is how huge it was internationally," McKinlay told reporters.
He went on, "Honestly, we thought it would be enormous here, and that doesn't need much insight. But, looking outside the UK, we realized they had a large fan following; we ran all the statistics."
"We were quite cautious about what that would mean when it came to people actually buying tickets but we were just bowled over by how huge it was," said the Oasis co-manager.
"We could have sold out half a dozen Rose Bowls in Pasadena and possibly eight MetLife stadiums in New York in one day. We observed the ticket figures, we saw what was going on, and the demand much exceeded our expectations," he said.
