Tom Cruise discusses stardom at 'Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning'.
Tom Cruise has arrived in South Korea filming Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning and discussed the 'strain' that 'privilege' gives him.
During a press conference prior to the debut, the cast were open about their celebrity.
"We have a saying, which is 'pressure is a privilege'," he began, according to Just Jared.
Meanwhile, "the thing I also have realized about myself is how much I enjoy the pressure, how much I enjoy the responsibility of making movies."
Even when "People wonder whether I'm not terrified when confronted with numerous challenges. Honestly, I am," Cruise said.
But, "It's fine to feel such feelings; I'm not frightened of them. "I don't just look for what's safe," the 62-year-old admitted.
For those unfamiliar with the film, it stars Pom Klementieff, Greg Tarzan Davis, Hayley Atwell, and Simon Pegg.
Christopher McQuarrie, co-writer and director, attended the event as well.
