On Thursday, Canva unveiled a new marketing platform, a redesigned video editor, and a number of additional capabilities. With the addition of Video 2.0 editing capabilities, Email Design format, the ability to design functional forms, and other features, the visual communication platform has expanded its Visual Suite as part of its World Tour campaign. Along with a new Ask Canva tool that makes it simple for users to ask for help with design on the canvas, the business also unveiled its first native artificial intelligence (AI) model. Canva Grow also comes with an end-to-end marketing platform.
Canva Offers New Tools Driven by Design
The Sydney-based business described the additional features Canva will provide as of right now in a news statement. The whole feature set, which included platform-level enhancements, Canva AI, and the Visual Suite, was unveiled as the company's "Creative Operating System." The business also said that it presently has 260 million monthly active users (MAU), $3.5 billion in yearly revenue (about 31,000 crore), and a $42 billion value (approximately Rs. 3.7 lakh crore).The entire Canva AI feature set is now powered by the company's first large language model (LLM), the Design Foundation Model. The business asserts that the AI model can produce completely editable material in a matter of seconds after being trained to comprehend the intricacy of design. Whether Canva plans to discontinue or continue utilizing third-party models is unclear, though.
Additionally, the AI helper has been improved.  It can assist users with images, videos, textures, 3D graphics, and more, and it is now available across all of the platform's design verticals.  Additionally, consumers may simply obtain on-brand designs thanks to its new style-matching feature.

Lastly, as the business is integrating Canva Sheet with its backend, Canva Code will now be more useful. Now that the spreadsheet tool can host and gather data, frontend apps and websites made with Code will be more than simply aesthetically pleasing.
Lastly, Canva Grow is the latest addition to the company's portfolio.  Campaign development, publication, and performance tracking are all included in this end-to-end marketing platform's single interface.  It is said to be driven by "brand-aware AI," which enables the platform to improve future ads by learning from performance data.
