Princess Eugenie, Prince Andrew's youngest daughter, saved herself from the scandals involving her parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.
As the unavoidable crisis severely affected her family, Eugenie took a much-needed sabbatical to save her mental health.
"Eugenie seeks solace in the City of Love, prioritizing her mental sanctuary amidst the turmoil engulfing her parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson family," a friend of Princess York disclosed the truth behind the 35-year-old's unexpected departure.
They asserted, "It's a therapeutic escape from family turmoil,"
According to her friend, "she cannot pretend to be unbothered and unaffected by her family crisis."
Earlier, Eugenie and two of her pals stood on a bridge over the Seine River, posing for pictures with the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop. She seemed upbeat and gave the idea that everything at the Palace was going well.
To attend the Future Investment Initiative event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, her older sister Beatrice allegedly took a plane to the country.
Rumor has it that she and Beatrice were asked by the Prince of Wales to convince their father Andrew to vacate Royal Lodge. But as soon as a source close to William clarified the report, it was swiftly withdrawn.
The Palace insider flatly disputed a claim that Andrew would lose his relatives' titles if he disobeyed orders to leave the opulent Windsor estate.
The monarch reportedly promised his nieces that their living arrangements would not alter and that the royal sisters' separate residences at Kensington Palace and St. James's Palace would stay safe.
According to royal sources, the Palace is aware of how crucial it is to safeguard Andrew's daughter's interests while ensuring his move.
