Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman's fun feud continues as they swap jabs about preparation for their forthcoming film, Deadpool 3.
On Friday, February 3rd, 2023, Reynolds, 46, uploaded a shot of himself working out for the film provided by his trainer Don Saladino. He may be seen in the photo hoisting two 60-pound barbells in each hand, his muscles on show.
"I'm not training for Deadpool," Reynolds said on Instagram. "I'm getting ready to spend a few months with @thehughjackman – who isn't as wonderful as everyone believes."
As he uploaded his story, Jackman, 54, couldn't help but add a sticker with the words 'ur adorable' scrawled on a heart.
The pair revealed in September 2022 that Jackman's Wolverine will reprise his role in the highly anticipated Deadpool 3.
Since the announcement, the actors' humorous quarrel has persisted, mimicking that of their characters' Deadpool and Wolverine. According to People Magazine, Jackman stated that the two Marvel superheroes "are opposites" and "hate each other" in the next sequel.
