DJ Khaled stated in an exclusive interview with Page Six that his newfound interest for golf has helped him lose almost 20 pounds. While his wife practises yoga, DJ Khaled has found comfort on the links, which has resulted in substantial changes in his general well-being.
"My wife loves yoga," he said of his road to a healthy lifestyle. I adore golf. So, while she practises yoga, I'm golfing." He acknowledged to occasionally overeating but has been working hard to break the habit.
The results have been astounding, with the 47-year-old producer noting triumphantly, "I was 290 about two months ago, and I am 267 today, ever since I started playing golf." It may not seem like much to you, but it means a lot to me."
DJ Khaled was overjoyed and encouraged by his development, adding, "I have been feeling so amazing and inspired." "I just feel fantastic and alive."
He admitted to enjoying chocolate chip cookies and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but emphasised that regular golfing and exercise help him maintain balance and avoid overindulging.
