King Charles bolstered the spirit of his son Prince William by making a big gesture to honour his heir.
The Prince of Wales, who has followed in his father's footsteps by taking his environmental activism and planet-protection efforts to the next level, announced a new initiative.
William, who has been working tirelessly on The Earthshot Prize to find practical ways to rescue the world, also created a version that allows children to participate.
The Palace issued an update on Friday, following William's meeting at Windsor Castle to reveal the winners of his Blue Peter Earthshot Competition.
The monarch's administration issued exclusive images from the ceremony and thanked the recipients on their achievements.
"During their time in Windsor, the winners joined The Prince for a special Blue Peter moment creating Earthshot themed eco-friendly bird feeders," the show concluded.
"Blue Peter received almost 2000 entries from all over the UK with children submitting their ideas and inventions to help protect and restore our planet in the future."
The development comes after the royal family made an official statement about their impending state visit to Italy in early April.
