Meghan Markle talked about letting go of the desire to prove herself during a relaxing interview on The Jamie Kern Lima Show.
The Duchess of Sussex, dressed comfortably and without makeup, stated that she is weary of proving herself to be a decent wife, friend, and person.
"I'm just so done with the prove it game," she remarked, adding that she understands her own value, even if others don't.
Meghan chided, "We spend so much of our lives trying to prove something," finishing with, "To prove that you're enough."
"You have to establish that you are attractive enough. "You have to prove that you are intelligent," she said.
Prince Harry's wife stated that she is "done" with the "prove it" game, adding that "if you can't see it, I can't, and I don't need to prove to you why." "That is your loss."
"Because I know that I'm a great friend, and I know the kind of mom I am, and I know the kind of human being I am."
