The incident happened when a lady interrupted proceedings before a confidential session about security issues could begin. The Duke of Sussex was protected by security as he left the Royal Courts of Justice.
The woman, known as Harry's fan, drew notice for arriving late to the public gallery.
Court observers said that she relocated her position many times during the proceedings. The woman was observed fumbling with two phones and a notebook, which drew the notice of Harry's security personnel.
