Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have opted to keep a low profile as they spend the most of their time together before their demanding jobs drive them to work long hours.
The 35-year-old couple has gone on several low-key dates in recent months, avoiding the spotlight as much as possible, and one of Swift's close pals hinted at why.
In an interview with Billboard on Friday, Gracie Abrams, who accompanied the Anti-Hero hitmaker on her Eras Tour and opened numerous performances, discussed Swift's tremendous success.
Abrams reflected on her experience on the record-breaking tour, saying, "I feel like I learnt a lot from her. But one of the things I've been fortunate to witness is how intense it can be [for her]. "It helps me right-size my own s---."
The That's So True singer revealed how the continual public scrutiny affects her, adding, "It's like, I really don't have it that bad in terms of invasions of privacy, you know what I mean?"
Abrams' words suggested that the Grammy winner is taking some well-deserved time off after nearly two years of touring.
Swift has faced several privacy violations over her long career, including a break-in at her New York apartment and someone turning up at her Beverly Hills home. Even during the Eras Tour, a terrorist assault occurred in Vienna.
In light of Abrams' views, Taylor departure from the spotlight makes perfect sense; as one insider previously stated, "They love the anonymity."
