The Vivo X200 Ultra has been introduced in China. The new camera flagship has a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera unit, which includes two Sony LYT-818 cameras and a 200-megapixel telephoto sensor. The Vivo X200 Ultra features specialized Vivo V3+ and VS1 photography chips. It has a 2K AMOLED display and a 6,000mAh battery that supports 40W wireless and 90W wired charging. The Vivo X200 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU. It offers water and dust resistance ratings of IP68 and IP69, respectively. The Vivo X200 Ultra has an optional Photographer Kit, which includes a 2.35x telephoto lens.

The Vivo X200 Ultra is priced in China at CNY 6,499 (approximately Rs. 75,500) for the 12GB + 256GB RAM storage model. It costs CNY 6,999 (approximately Rs. 84,000) for the 16GB + 512GB variation and CNY 7,999 (about Rs. 92,000) for the 16GB + 1TB version. Finally, the top-end 16GB + 1TB model with Photography Kit costs CNY 9,699 (about Rs. 1,13,000). The phone comes in three color options: black, red circle, and silver tone (translated from Chinese). It is presently available for pre-order on Vivo's China website and will launch on sale on April 29.

The Vivo X200 Ultra, which runs Android 15-based FunTouch OS 15, has a 6.82-inch 2K (1,440 x 3,168 pixels) 8T LTPO AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 93.3 percent screen to body ratio, 510ppi pixel density, and 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The screen features an Armor glass layer. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, Adreno 830 GPU, and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
As previously stated, the Vivo X200 Ultra features a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT-818 35mm primary camera with f/1.69 aperture, a 50-megapixel 14mm 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT-818 ultra wide angle sensor with f/2.0 aperture, and a 200-megapixel 85mm Zeiss APO telephoto sensor with f/1.69 aperture. The device has two specialized image signal processors (ISP): the Vivo V3+ and the VS1 chips. The camera unit is said to fulfill the CIPA 5.0 image stabilization level for professional cameras.
The Vivo X200 Ultra is said to provide DSLR camera-like images. It comes with an optional Photography Kit, which contains a Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter. This additional lens can be fitted to the phone, converting the 200-megapixel periscope shooter to provide a 200mm (8.7x optical) focal length. The camera grip has a 2,300mAh battery to temporarily power the phone. It has a separate video shutter button and a shoulder strap.
The Vivo X200 Ultra sports a 50-megapixel front camera with an f/2.45 aperture, ideal for selfies and video chats. It has up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 built-in storage.
The Vivo X200 Ultra is dust and water resistant, with certifications of IP68 and IP69. The phone supports 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, OTG, and has a USB Type-C connector. The sensors on board are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, color temperature sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, and an infrared remote control. The device has a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for identification, as well as an X-axis linear motor. The phone features two speakers.
