Brooklyn Beckham picked Nicola Peltz as his life partner, but it appears that his decision has sparked a schism among the Beckham family.
A piece of advise he provided to his 13-year-old sister Harper has gone viral on social media.
Brooklyn, 26, stated, "Find one thing you love and don't listen to anyone."
The remark has sparked conjecture that Brooklyn's issues with his parents, David, 50, and Victoria, 51, arise from his strong relationship with his wife Nicola, who is said to be the key character in the continuing family battle.
Although the Beckhams kept the feud hidden for months, Brooklyn's advise to Harper was given during an interview before emotions reached their peak.
Speaking to the Mail ahead of his Formula E race in March, he said: 'I simply tell her, find that one thing you love.'
Brooklyn has openly expressed his love and dedication to Nicola on many times, most recently in an emotional Instagram post.
He wrote: "I always choose you, baby, you are the most amazing person in the world, me and you forever."
