Gwyneth Paltrow has disclosed her friendship with Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex.
The Oscar-winning actress spoke exclusively to PEOPLE magazine at the Mindvalley Manifesting Summit in Los Angeles about her surprising connection with the former king.
Even though they haven't spent much time together in person, she affirmed that they had a friendship.
"So far, we've maintained a text friendship. "I've been traveling quite a bit," the 52-year-old Iron Man actress said.
Gwyneth also addressed continuing suspicions that the two may have had a falling out in the past, saying, "I don't like it when people try to pit women against each other." "It's just not the narrative we need."
